The Summer Community Fête and Craft Fair will be back again later this year on Thursday 8th August.
The event has been a mainstay of the Swanage summer programme over many years.
All the familiar activities will be there, weather permitting, including the hoopla, darts, ‘ball in a bucket’, the cornhole game, children’s games and the dog show. Once again, we will also have a tombola, a bottle stall and bric-a-brac. Refreshments will be available from the main tent and barbeque. There will be many other stalls selling everything from books to arts and crafts.
The Grand Raffle will be drawn on the day and tickets will be available to buy either at the event or from locations in the town centre. We are sure to have a stellar line up of prizes to whet your appetite.
More details will follow much nearer the time, but for now make sure that you bookmark the date so that you can make plans for what we hope will be another wonderful summer’s day.
We’re really looking forward to seeing everyone again. Fingers crossed that the weather will be perfect for everyone to be able to enjoy the day!
